Editing
Editing takes between 4- 10 working days. All edits will be sent to you in high resolution print quality at no extra charge. You may also download the photos in a web friendly size if you like. Black and white copy is available on request (free of charge).
24 Hour Editing Service
If you need your headshots urgently I offer an express editing service for an additional £50. Please let me know if thats something you might need when booking.
Can I order extra headshots?
Yes. I charge £25 per photo.
Can you help me pick my photos?
YES - If you go for the Headshots & Portrait session, this service is included in your package. I will organise the photos into folders for you (shortlisting the best one) and will be able to assist you again once you've narrowed them further.
If you've gone for the Headshot or Top Up session and would like my help to pick the photos I charge £50 for the service. ( I will shortlist my fav shots for you and will assist you to pick your final choices once you've shortlisted them again)
Deposit
A deposit of £70 is required at time of booking, only when the deposit is received is the booking secure. The deposit will be deducted from full session price.
Cancelations & Amendments
There is a 48 hour cancellation and amendment period.
Your booking must be cancelled or amended (change date/ time) at least 48 hours before the time/ date that you have booked.
If you request to cancel or amend with less than 48 hours the deposit will not be refunded.
if you can't give me a 48 hour notice email/call me anyway and I will try to accommodate you as much as I can.
If you don't turn up on the day, the deposit will not be refunded.

Studio Assistant
Just FYI... I have a little dog and she might be hanging out at the studio with me.... or she might be with her dad... or asleep... her schedule is very flexible.
She is very friendly and most probably will want a cuddle and a scratch from you.
Any problems, issues, deep rutted fears or allergies - message me and let me know BEFORE booking. And if you are allergic- please take antihistamine if your coming to the studio... just in case.
